The Chocolate World in-house specialists guide you through the steps of creating an exclusive custom mould.  Chocolate World will be able to produce a high-quality polycarbonate mould in the most efficient way possible.  Each mould will have a traceable reference number, brand & origin and a personal data matrix code to guarantee traceability.

Whether you start with a drawing, 3D file, or photo, along with any target weight or dimensions, our team will create a complete 3D model while carefully considering all practical production details, including demolding and chocolate flow.

Project Timeline

Estimated 8–10 weeks from project start to shipment of molds.

1) 3D Drawing Phase – 10 working days

• We create the layout and 3D design of your figure
• You receive 3D renderings for review - Up to 2 revisions included

2) Model Phase – 10 working days (after drawing approval)

• A physical prototype of your figure is produced
• This sample can be used to test chocolate weight, size, and feel

3) Mold Production – 25 working days (after model approval)

• Final master mold and series molds are produced
