The Chocotemper Top-11 is a chocolate tempering machine with an 11kg capacity that is ideally suited for bakeries, ice cream parlors, hotels, restaurants and laboratories, guaranteeing a constant flow of chocolate and a perfect union of the crystals.
It incorporates two motors; one for the auger and the other for the stirrer, and has a removable stainless steel auger for easy cleaning and quick chocolate changeover, a pedal to control chocolate flow, and touch screen panel to control dosing, night-mode operation, rotation of the auger, etc.
