Stainless steel table with cutter for cutting brittles or crisps and cereal bars.


Work table with cutter for rolling out the dough of crisps or brittles, cereal bars, protein bars, high protein bars or similar, prior to cutting.

The table's side rails contain the product and provide the final height of the bars, and features special passages for the blades of the manual cutter that will give size to your bars. The side rails come in a standard height but it is possible to replace the side guides for different product heights or bar sizes.  

The manual cutter is to be used in conjunction with the stainless steel table and features a motorized unit of circular blades with a fixed pitch that determines the final width of your bars. The pitch is adjustable with a minimum cutting width of 20 mm.

An optional cooling / heating assembly can be added to allow for temperature control of your working surface and to adapt to various recipes. This is ideal for flexibility. For example: Users can work with sticky products by using low temperatures and can use high temperatures when working with products that crystalize quickly, like sesame brittle.

SAFETY: This table with cutter has numerous safety features that include: double manual control, timer for the start of the cutting cyctle, concealed protection of the circular blades, and the proximity sensor that prevents rotation of the blades if the cutter is not correctly placed on the table.

CLEANING: After each batch, use a damp cloth to clean as necessary. After each work shift, use warm water and a sponge.
