The Easy Bars 100 production machine is suitable for start-up projects to produce ~1200 to 1800 non-sticky cereal bars, soft bars, crisp bars, protein bars or high-protein bars per hour, depending upon the type of bars produced.
The machine provides for the lamination and cutting of the bars, using two Teflon lamination rollers, one for forming the product and the other for smoothing the product. The transversal cutting unit can be a traditional guillotine or ultrasonic in the case of particularly sticky products. Both production speed and bar size is set using the HMI operator panel.

Product is loaded into a special hopper for processing, then removed from the exit of the machine and placed on a trolley for further processing, like chocolate coating, decoration, or moved directly to a wrapping machine for packaging.
