The Betec MBE 120-400 enrobing machine is designed for use with chocolate coatings, for those who do not need on-board tempering. Or Icing or Glazes.
Chocolate is moved from the tank to the depositing spout with a wheel. Chocolatiers can fill moulds from the spout using the flood and scrap method or can attach the enrobing equipment to enrobe a wide variety of products with chocolate coating. Now offered with a polycord for enrobing glazed products.
