The DRG-5 PRO panning machine is the upgraded version of the DRG-5 ECO (entry-level) model that operates by using air at ambient temperature. If you need to work at ambient temperatures over 20°C (e.g. in summer with no air conditioning), the DRG-5 MAX model with a cooling unit is available and chocolate or other food spray system.
