I really love this little wire scraper thingy! Again, you recommended an excellent purchase, one of those best investments I could've ever made! I was extremely hesitant because of the cost for this little tiny piece of wire, thinking that I could do the same thing by scraping along a bowl edge, but this wire is extremely effective and efficient and has multiple uses! The wire scraper is brilliant to use when dipping confections in chocolate to remove the excess, to tap off any excess that would drip down from the top and create excessive thick enrobing or a Bigfoot on the bottom. It's also great for scraping off my spatulas that I use to scoop out tempered chocolate, which ensures that solid chocolate does not drop back into my tempered chocolate pot.
